Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, credits, and refunds are handled for studio sessions and program plans.

Cancellation window

Single-session cancellations requested at least 24 hours before start time are eligible for rebooking or service credit.

Program plans

For prepaid plans, partial refunds may be considered for unused services according to applicable law and the time of notice. Administrative processing may apply where lawful.
